Exploring Dyserth Waterfall
Dyserth, in North Wales, is home to a dramatic waterfall that tumbles over ancient rocks before winding into shaded woodland. The sound of rushing water mixes with birdsong, creating a peaceful escape just minutes from the village centre.
About this artwork I took this photograph while exploring the trails near Dyserth waterfall. Rather than focusing on the main falls, I captured a secluded stretch of stream framed by mossy stones and overhanging branches. I then edited the image into my vintage travel-poster style, simplifying shapes and colours while keeping the atmosphere of moving water and dappled light.
Why this viewpoint is special - Shows a calmer side of Dyserth beyond the main waterfall - Water, stone, and leaves create timeless textures - Gentle greens and blues bring a calming feel to interiors
Planning a visit Trails can be uneven and slippery in wet weather. Wear sturdy shoes, take care near the water, and follow local guidance to protect the area. For up-to-date visitor details, check official sources before setting out.
